I recently stayed at Hotel AKA Boston Common and came away with mixed feelings. The location is fantastic, right across from Boston Common and close to plenty of dining options. but I encountered a few issues that marred my experience. The staff seemed friendly at first, but I felt their service didn't always meet expectations. Overall, it has potential but requires some attention to detail.

The Deluxe King Room was aesthetically pleasing but lacked adequate lighting, leaving me to rely on small lamps. The overall comfort was decent, but the bathroom had no anti-slip mat, which caused an unfortunate slip during my stay.

While the front desk staff were initially welcoming, I found their service lacking at times. For example, waiting a long time for a simple coffee request was frustrating. I also encountered issues getting help with my luggage when no bellman was available.
